What’s Our Origin Story?

Sometimes, for the sake of a backstory, I wish there were some novelty or “a-ha moment” I could point to as being responsible for the inception of ScaleMath.

The reality is that there isn’t.

We’re building ScaleMath – the portfolio of the companies we own and operate, as well as those we advise and work with – simply out of a desperate desire for:

Whether that means shipping something because we need it – and still need it as a part of the work we do – or helping companies we advise shape a category-leading solution to a problem they’ve decided to tackle with some innovations.

At ScaleMath, we operate the only team that backs the world’s leading companies at every stage of growth through a combination of our advisory, services, and software.

Sidenote: On the software side, one of these companies – Workover (currently pre-launch) – now just so happens to be one that’s founded entirely under our management, while others are in our advisory or group of companies in some other form.

Simply put, we’re not new to this, and we’re here to stay. And, above all, what we build, how we build it, and the problems we’re solving are based on the work we do with some of the world’s best talent in growth, product, content, and beyond.
