Please schedule a time to meet our CEO, Alex, below. We’ll use this time to get to know each other, talk about your current stage, and how we work. 

While we’re here – we’d also like to be transparent and upfront about some things about the way we work. Not to dissuade you from working with us, but so that expectations are set reasonably and in the event that we have the opportunity to work together, we both thoroughly enjoy it.

  1. If you have a specific kick-off date in mind, make sure that you make that clear to us sooner rather than later. We strive to be quite flexible on this front, especially when it comes to working with really incredible companies, but also have to plan accordingly internally to ensure it’s a great experience for you.
  2. We invoice upfront for all of our work. For ongoing monthly work, the first month’s amount is invoiced in full, 1 month ahead of kick-off. For project-based work with first-time clients, we also invoice the full amount upfront.
  3. And last but certainly not least, we’re not as flexible surrounding pricing as some may like but will always be brutally honest with our partner companies with respect to budget as in any discussions. 

This is based on what we’ve found is the most comfortable constraint in which we can still deliver on our quality of work. Budget conversations shouldn’t and aren’t difficult when entered with this mutual understanding.
