Thank you for getting in touch with us.
We’ll follow up as soon as possible as well as schedule a time to talk you through our approach & process if we feel like we’d be a good fit for each other.
That being said, while we’re here – I’d also like to be transparent and upfront about some things about the way we work. Not to dissuade you from working with us but so that expectations are set reasonably and in the event that we have the opportunity to work together, we both thoroughly enjoy it.
- If you have a specific kick-off date in mind, make sure that you make that clear to us sooner rather than later. We strive to be quite flexible on this front especially when it comes to working with really incredible companies but also have to plan accordingly internally to ensure it’s a great experience for you.
- We invoice upfront for all of our work. For ongoing monthly work, the first month’s amount is invoiced in full, 1 month ahead of kick-off. For project-based work with first-time clients, we also invoice the full amount upfront.
- And last but certainly not least, we’re not as flexible surrounding pricing as some may like but will always be brutally honest with our clients in budget discussions as in any.
This is based on what we’ve found is the most comfortable constraint in which we can still deliver on our quality of work. We’re big believers in the fact that talking budget shouldn’t be a difficult topic. After all, when entering a partnership for growth with clients – we strive to reach a mutual understanding of the role that budget plays in our ability to do the great work we pride ourselves in. And, that budgeting for work that isn’t straightforward and simple – as expected – also isn’t straightforward, nor simple. What we aren’t here to do is let bad-fit clients have the expectation that we should burden unrealistic costs on their behalf as that would hurt our ability to do great work comfortably for you as it would for other clients. In other words, the understanding that your client account with us remaining healthily profitable is in your favor because it means we can continue to grow, expand our capabilities and improve our processes for you.
Take care & talk soon,
Alex Panagis
